“I signed up for David's 6-Week Total Body Transformation Challenge as I have tried over the years myself to improve my eating and lose some weight from years of overeating and just enjoying life a little too much.
I jumped in headfirst and followed the program as directed. The foods were simple and yummy. I wasn't starving myself and I was starting to feel better overall.

“The fact that each week we had a shopping list for everything we’d need from breakfast, to lunch, dinner, plus snacks made me realize that it would be much easier than I thought. There are so many delicious recipes. The weekly indulgence meals are a great way of breaking things up and visiting some favorite foods that may not be the best choices for every day eating.
Tracking food, hydration, exercise and measurements on the app is a great way to see changes, and what works. It’s also a great way for David to make sure we’re making the most of the program.
